Returns Policy

General

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any* item to us in its original packaged condition complete with labels within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges or refund outside this period will be at the discretion of D W Stevenson Ltd. Returns are at your cost and at your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly advise that a receipt is obtained for your return and that you check that the value is protected in the event of being lost in transit.

*Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.

• Goods made or supplied to order
• Socks and tights removed from packaging
• Under garments and mouthguards

Order sent incorrectly/faulty goods

For items sent incorrectly against your order or if an item is faulty please call our customer services on 01727 853262 option 1 to request a FREEPOST service for your return. Please obtain a receipt of posting as returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Items returned as faulty within 6 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault will be replaced or refunded at the purchases price. Items over 6 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of D W Stevenson Ltd.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
