Delivery and Returns

Our 'Click and Collect' service is available at most of our high street retail branches, simply select 'Collect from branch' during checkout online, and you're all set. Keep an eye out for two emails – one confirming your order and the other notifying you when it's ready for pickup. Please have the second email printed out or easily accessible on your mobile device when you come in to collect your items.

We aim to have your order ready within one working day, though during busy periods like 'Back to School,' it may take 2-3 days. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any inconvenience if you haven't received the second email before visiting the store. If you plan to try on your items in-branch, please be prepared for potential waits for changing facilities and assistance.

Orders will be held at branch for 14 days, after which if not collected, you will be refunded and the order returned to stock.

We strive to efficiently process, pick, and dispatch all in stock orders within 2 working days. Upon placing your order, you can choose from our selection of delivery services

Royal Mail Delivery: Expect your delivery within 4-5 working days. For orders exceeding £100, a signature is required upon delivery. If your parcel is sent via Royal Mail, one delivery attempt will be made. If you're unavailable, the parcel will be held at your local sorting office for collection, with proof of ID required.

Tracked Delivery: Your order will arrive within 3-4 days, tracked and requiring a signature. Our delivery service will attempt delivery twice. If you're not available, they'll leave a card for re-delivery arrangements. Providing a valid mobile number allows for up-to-date delivery information, including alternate delivery options. You may opt for delivery to a safe place at your own risk, with Stevensons assuming no liability for lost or damaged parcels in such cases.

Additional Delivery Information:

Overseas Deliveries: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated automatically based on your delivery address and DHL Zone. Customs taxes and duties are payable upon delivery to most overseas locations, set by the destination country's government. These charges typically range between 30-50% of the order value and are the customer's responsibility. Refusal of delivery due to these charges will result in return to Stevensons, with delivery charges remaining non-refundable. For environmental and cost purposes, all orders will be held until they are complete.

Part-Deliveries: School uniform items are subject to availability. If certain items are out of stock, your order may be sent in instalments at no extra delivery charge.

Made-To-Order Items: These items have different delivery lead times than those in stock. Please refer to the individual product information page for details.

Orders valued over £100 : Regardless of the chosen delivery option, a courier will be utilised for insurance purposes. You will only incur charges for your chosen delivery method, with the parcel requiring a signature upon receipt.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and based on mainland UK addresses, with items being in stock. During busy periods, such as Back to School, please allow for a few extra days for order processing. We endeavour to expedite your order promptly, sometimes resulting in earlier-than-expected deliveries.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new uniform. If, for any reason, you need to return a garment, we are here to help. With our 365-day returns policy, you have ample time to return any unworn item in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

For your convenience, we offer free postal returns on all online purchases and pop-up event buys. Simply use the Freepost returns label provided on your dispatch note enclosed with your order. You can also return items in-store or at your school’s designated pop-up event. Please note that free postal returns are not available for in-store purchases.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

  • Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging with attached labels. If you wish to return an item, please do so within 365 days of purchase for a full refund via the original payment method. Returns beyond 365 days will be subject to the discretion of THE STEVENSON GROUP.

    Faulty items returned within 6 months of purchase due to a manufacturer fault will be replaced or refunded at the purchase price upon inspection. Items older than 6 months will be handled at the discretion of THE STEVENSON GROUP. Items must be laundered prior to returning them to us.

     

    Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

    a) Special order items or personalized items.

    b) Socks and tights once removed from packaging.

    c) Undergarments and mouth guards.

    d) Swimsuits without the protective gusset lining.

     

    All non-school uniform items (e.g., sports equipment) are subject to a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase/receipt.

     

    ONLINE RETURNS

    For online orders, use the enclosed Freepost label (UK only) and tear off the returns portion of the dispatch note. We recommend obtaining a postal receipt for your return and ensuring the value is protected in case of loss in transit. Our Freepost returns labels must be printed; handwritten labels are not accepted. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service team, who can send you a pre-labelled returns bag or provide a printable Freepost returns label via email. We recommend you obtain a receipt of posting, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us.

    Please return goods within 365 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns made after 365 days will be at Stevensons' discretion.

    INCORRECT ORDERS

    If you receive items incorrectly against your order, please contact our Customer Service team.

    FAULTY GOODS

    For suspected faulty goods, please contact our Customer Service team. Items should be returned within the first 6 months of purchase for inspection. If deemed faulty due to a manufacturer fault, items will be replaced or refunded at the purchase price.

    OVERSEAS RETURNS

    We do not offer free returns for orders shipped outside the UK. The cost of returning items to us is payable by the customer. If you require a replacement item delivered abroad, please place a new order via our website, with international delivery charges applicable.

    This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
