To work closely with the Head of Retail and Area Manager to support retail outlets with coverage and training.  

To support events and act as event lead when needed.  To participate in Retail meetings and complete ad-hoc admin tasks supporting the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Support (coverage)

 

-          To provide coverage at branches and school shops

-          To support branches on the shop-floor, warehouse and customer service departments.

-          To support events and act as event lead when needed

-          To support with stock-takes and audits

 

 

Field Support (training)

 

-          To carry out planned training as requested by Head of Retail and Area Manager

-          To follow up on training delivered

-          To ensure training logs are filled in and signed off

-          To Highlight additional training required

 

 

Administration

 

-         Collation of Branch uniform requests

-         Collation of all branch cleaning equipment and stationary requests.

-         Ad-hoc admin as needed to support the department

 

 

Additional duties

 

-         Support the implementation of planned changes to shop floors and stockrooms.

-         Participation in Retail meetings

-         Other duties as seen appropriate by the business

 

Knowledge & Skills:

         A Good knowledge of all MS Programmes with emphasis on excel and word.

-         Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.

-         Ability to work well under pressure.

-         Driving license essential.
