  • Salary: TBC
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days Mondays to Sundays

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of departments including warehousing, production, logistics and facilities. Ideal opportunity to learn more about how the ‘behind-the-scenes’ side of the business.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Liaising with suppliers to arrange the inbound delivery schedule for all company locations
  • Distributing stock control reports
  • Updating schedules for regular facility suppliers, and chasing and logging any missed services including waste and post collections
  • Maintaining company vehicles, machinery, and equipment
  • Arranging basic property repairs and improvements and collating quotes for more significant works
  • Scheduling servicing and general maintenance for systems including air-conditioning, intruder alarms, fire alarms and extinguishers
  • Ensuring meter readings are kept up to date
  • Logging invoice dates, readings, and costs for regular facility suppliers
  • Ordering stationery, kitchen and bathroom supplies, staff uniform and shipping supplies
  • Organising H&S inspections and following up on their findings, arranging first aid equipment and training for all sites
  • Assisting in the establishment of seasonal storage units
  • Establishing and maintaining a central facilities calendar, including all key contract and lease dates
  • Supporting DC, ODC and Production departments when required
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by senior management
