REPORTS TO:    Branch Manager
    
Stevensons are the UK’s leading school and sportswear provider, we are currently recruiting for a number of roles to support our Branches through our peak summer trade.

Looking for:
-    Sales Advisors
-    Customer Service Advisors
-    Warehouse Pickers & Drivers

Primary Responsibilities- Branch
•    To support the branch during it’s peak trade by providing excellent customer service.
•    To carry out customer Appointments.
•    To maintain product knowledge to ensure customers are advised accurately.
•    To ensure the shop floor is a clean and tidy environment, adhering to enhanced cleaning routines needed following the COVID-19 pandemic.
•    To support the office with remote customer service and web order processing.
•    To attend events and support other branches when required
•    To help complete stock checks
•    To accurately operate the till and stock system if required
•    To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Management.

Primary Responsibilities- Warehouse
•    To support the Warehouse or Stockroom during it’s peak trade.
•    To accurately process our Goods in and Goods out.
•    To quickly and accurately pick website orders
•    To drive the company van if required.
