Job Description
- Location: St. Albans
- Salary: Competitive annual salary
- Hours: 37.50 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Sunday as agreed
Main purpose of the role:
To lead a warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operations, within the company’s main warehouse facility, including Goods In, Goods Out, Logistics and Order Fulfilment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor performance of warehouse sub-departments
- Manage all aspects of staffing including recruitment, training, performance reporting and any wider HR issues
- Engage with warehouse staff to encourage engagement and enthusiasm
- Orchestrate biannual and rolling stock checks
- Uphold existing and identify further Health & Safety practices
- Ensure regular checks and upkeep of premises, equipment and vehicles
- Recognise and implement improvements to warehouse processes
- Establish positive working relationships with Head Office departments and retail locations
- Any other reasonable duties as required by senior management

- Confidence using IT, including Office and stock management software
- Full UK driving license
