Each year our appointments service just grows and grows. This summer (2021) we are aiming to deliver over 32,000 in-store appointments.
With so many customers coming through our doors, trying to please all of them all of the time is a tall order.
We like to make sure that our store teams across the country are doing their utmost to make sure that parents and children get the most out of them. So, we ensure that every customer who attends an appointment, either at one of our retail stores or dedicated school shops, is sent a questionnaire to rate their experience.
Initial results from the first couple of weeks of appointments are very encouraging, with record high scores - see infographic opposite.
