To the rescue of three Berkshire Schools

May 28, 2014

Stevensons has recently been appointed the official uniform supplier to St. Crispin’s in Wokingham, and two Bracknell-based schools - Garth Hill College and Easthampstead Park Community School.

All three schools were previously supplied by a school uniform retailer in Bracknell whose parent company recently went into administration. Parents at the schools had been finding it increasingly hard to buy uniform for a number of months and so it was no surprise that the store finally closed down.

Fortunately Stevensons was able to step in to minimise any gap in supply. Due to its excellent relationships with clothing manufacturers the same uniform was able to be supplied and stocks are rapidly being put in place for Back to School. Stevensons’ recently opened Reading branch is also now the nearest local uniform retailer for all three schools so parents can either shop in Market Place, Reading or online at

Gavin Cocksedge, Business Development Manager of Stevensons commented: “We are delighted to have been able to step in at the last minute to supply the school uniform for these schools and look forward to a close working relationship in the future to deliver parents quality garments and excellent customer service.”
