Summer Appointments
We're pleased to offer bookable appointments at our branches during the busy summer Back to School period. Appointments are especially recommended for children starting at a new school. By booking a dedicated fitting appointment, you'll have time with one of our experienced advisors, who will guide you through the uniform requirements and help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. While appointments can be a convenient option, they're not essential. All of our branches also offer appointment-free walk-in shopping periods every weekend and during the final weeks before schools return. Our BranchesAs the Back to School season approaches, appointment slots are always in high demand. To be among the first to hear when new appointments become available, we recommend opting in to email marketing through your profile page. When appointments are available to book, they will be displayed in the My Family section of your online account.
Outside of the summer season, there's no need to book, simply visit us during our regular opening hours and our friendly team will be happy to help.
Once you've booked an appointment, we'll send you a reminder by email beforehand. If your plans change, you can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time through your online account.
Please note:
Appointments are not available for Web Shop Only or Primary School customers.
Our fittings are completed visually by our experienced team, and we do not take physical measurements of children.
