We are a cashless company and only accept payment via card or contactless.

You are responsible for ensuring the proper use of your username, password and account, for restricting access to your computer and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please tell us immediately if you believe that an unauthorised person knows your username or password or has access to your account. If we believe it will be of use to our users, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. Price and availability

The price of the goods is shown on the relevant page detailing the goods once you are logged in. If we know an item is out of stock at the time of ordering you will be informed during the selection process. If an item is shown on the site as in stock and is subsequently found not to be, you will be informed as soon as is practical. If you select an item which is out of stock, payment will be taken for that item at the time of ordering and the item placed on back order for you.

Orders

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

We will send you an Order Acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received.

We will then send you an Order Dispatch email which constitutes our acceptance of your order and will detail any items which are not available for dispatch. Please note that all orders are verified by weight prior to dispatch whether an order has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

a. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

b. The identification of a pricing or product description error.

c. You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

We accept payment by credit and debit card only and use the Sage Pay system, a well recognised payment processing system. Sage Pay take secure payments from you direct and so we do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details. Payments are taken through "Sage Pay" who are a payment service provider. They are the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable. Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation. So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected. 

Delivery costs are shown separately to the price and are confirmed and added to the total cost of the order if applicable when we accept your order.

In stock goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that this may rise to 48 hours during the busy back to school period.

You will be notified as soon as is practical if we cannot dispatch the goods within this time frame.

Please make sure that you complete the checkout form fully, to allow us to deliver the goods to you. If you order more than one item, we may make delivery by installments if an item is out of stock. If you give special instructions for a parcel to be left in an insecure place, please note this is at your own risk. As soon as you have accepted delivery of the goods, you will be responsible for them including any damage that may occur to them.

We will try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of entering onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the point of ordering.

Your right to cancel

If you are unhappy with all or any of the goods received, you can return any of them to us in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories (unless they are faulty).

a. Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order, including items personalised with pupil's initial or name

b. Socks and tights removed from packaging

c. Under garments and mouth-guards

Our right to cancel

If you have paid for items for collection from us, and have not collected within 4 weeks of notification we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any monies paid.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Entire agreement
