Our 'Click and Collect' service is available at most of our high street retail branches. To choose this service, select 'Collect from branch' as your delivery method when placing your order online. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and a second email notifying you that the order has been picked. Please print this second email (or have it available to view on a mobile device) and bring into store to collect your items. We aim to have items ready within one working day of purchase, at peak times (e.g Back to School period) this may extend to 2- 3 working days. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for a wasted journey to the store if customers have not received the second email. If you wish to try on items in the branch you may need to wait for the availability of changing facilities and assistance. 


We aim to process, pick and despatch all in stock orders within 2 working days. Orders are then sent via one of our delivery services which are selected at the time of placing the order:

  • Royal Mail Delivery. Please allow between 4-5 working days for delivery. If your order is over £100 you will need to sign for the parcel.
  • TRACKED DELIVERY. Your order will be delivered in 3- 4 days. This is a tracked service that will require a signature.
All delivery times are approximate based on mainland UK addresses and items being in stock. Please allow an extra few days in busy periods e.g. Back to School, to process your order. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and as a result your order may arrive earlier.

If your parcel value exceeds £100 your delivery will be made by courier regardless of the delivery option chosen for insurance purposes. You will only be charged for your selected delivery option. The parcel will need to be signed for.


Made To Order items will not follow typical (In stock) delivery lead times, please check on the individual product information page for lead times.


If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery. If you are not at home the parcel will be taken back to your local Royal Mail sorting office. You will be able to collect the parcel from your local sorting office with proof of ID. Royal Mail delivery is not a tracked service.


Our delivery company will attempt delivery of your order twice. The first time they will leave you a yellow card and, if you are not at home and you respond the same day, you can arrange a re-delivery at a convenient time. If you do not respond the same day, they usually reattempt delivery the next day. Should you give us a valid mobile number the delivery company will contact you to give you up to date information regarding your delivery, and you may select other delivery options by responding directly. You may specify during the checkout process for a delivery to be left in a safe place, please note this is at your own risk, and Stevensons accept no liability for lost or damaged parcels in this instance.


If you would like your order to be delivered to an address outside of the UK, please enter your delivery address and your shipping costs will be automatically calculated depending on which DHL Zone your country falls into. 

Please be aware that, for environmental reasons and to keep costs as low as possible, all orders will be held until they are complete, so you will only receive one parcel.

Customs taxes and duties are chargeable upon delivery to most overseas locations. These charges are set by the government of the country that the order is being shipped to, so can vary widely. Stevensons do not have any visibility or control of these charges, but they typically come to between 30-50% of the order value and are payable in full by the customer upon receipt. 
We recommend contacting a local customs office for more information prior to ordering. Should a delivery be refused due to these charges, it will be returned to Stevensons.
Delivery charges cannot be refunded in these circumstances. Where possible, we strongly recommend selecting a delivery address within the UK. 


School uniform items are supplied subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will only be charged for one delivery in this instance.
