Our 'Click and Collect' service is available at most of our high street retail branches. To choose this service, select 'Collect from branch' as your delivery method when placing your order online. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and a second email notifying you that the order has been picked. Please print this second email (or have it available to view on a mobile device) and bring into store to collect your items.
We aim to have items ready within one working day of purchase, at peak times (e.g Back to School period) this may extend to 2- 3 working days. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for a wasted journey to the store if customers have not received the second email. If you wish to try on items in the branch you may need to wait for the availability of changing facilities and assistance.
We aim to process, pick and despatch all in stock orders within 2 working days. Orders are then sent via one of our delivery services which are selected at the time of placing the order:
Royal Mail Delivery. Please allow between 3-5 working days after despatch for delivery. If your parcel value exceeds £100, you will need to sign for the parcel.
Tracked Delivery. Please allow between 1-2 working days after despatch for delivery. This is a tracked service that will require a signature.
All delivery times are approximate based on mainland UK addresses and items being in stock. Please allow an extra few days in busy periods e.g. Back to School, to process your order. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and as a result your order may arrive earlier.
If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery. If you are not at home the parcel will be taken back to your local Royal Mail sorting office. You will be able to collect the parcel from your local sorting office with proof of ID. Royal Mail delivery is not a tracked service.
Our delivery company will attempt delivery of your order twice. The first time they will leave you a calling card and, if you respond the same day, you can arrange a re-delivery at a convenient time. If you do not respond the same day, they usually re-attempt delivery the next day. Should you give us a valid mobile number, the delivery company will contact you to give you up-to-date information regarding your delivery, and you may select other delivery options by responding directly. If you specify during the checkout process that a delivery should be left in a safe place, please note this is at your own risk, and Stevensons accept no liability for lost or damaged parcels in this instance.
If you would like your order to be delivered to an address outside of the UK, please enter the correct address in the address finder and the appropriate postage charge will be applied automatically. This charge is based on a single parcel, and should your order require multiple parcels to be sent, a further payment may be necessary.
All orders will be held until they are complete to reduce the cost and carbon footprint of the delivery. Should you wish to receive your items as-and-when they become available, please contact customer services who will be able to take additional delivery payments as your order becomes available, which will include a Go Green contribution to offset the carbon footprint.
All overseas deliveries will be shipped via DHL's Express service. Please allow between 5-10 working days after despatch for delivery.
Please note any international orders are likely to be subject to additional VAT and duties applied due to custom charges applied by the country of receipt, payable before delivery of the parcel. These charges may be up to 50% of the order value. Should the parcel be rejected due to these charges, your initial shipping charge is not refundable.
All orders placed for schools supplied by on-campus school shops have a free-of-charge option to collect from a school shop. Tracked delivery is also now available from school shops but please expect an additional 3-5 days for delivery to allow for the reduced hours that most school shops are open.
Orders are supplied subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If shipping to an address within the UK, if you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. You will only be charged for one delivery in this instance.
