Primary Responsibilities

  • Key Holder
  • To accurately record and complete daily time sheets
  • To recruit, retain and train the team
  • To manage, lead and motivate the team
  • To equip each member of the team with relevant product knowledge to ensure that accurate advice and guidance is given to customers
  • Responsible for ensuring the branch is staffed efficiently
  • To complete banking spreadsheet on a daily basis and report to finance
  • To ensure that the branch achieves high standards in all areas including exterior, shop floor and stock areas
  • Ensure all transfers are completed smoothly
  • Responsible for ensuring all back order spreadsheets are completed accurately and customers are notified accordingly
  • Settle all complaints in line with company guidelines
  • To ensure the smooth operation of Royal Mail and DPD duties
  • Responsible for ensuring stock checks are completed annually

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, plus Internet
