Sales Support Administrator
Job Description
- Location: St Albans
- Salary: Competitive salary
- Hours: Full time (37.5hrs p/w)
Primary Responsibilities
- To facilitate admin requests from the sales team in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing sample requests- from ordering to returnsProcess & log samples for sending to school partners for sign off
- Responsibility for the upkeep of the master school partner database, in conjunction with CRM
- Assist with market research for the new business team- price comparison sheets and exercises
- Invoice generation
- Other tasks as they arise to suit the needs of business
School Comms Support
- Dealing with requests for support from schools
- Survey Reporting
- Parent Communication
- Managing day to day website updates and maintaining webshops
Knowledge and Skills
- Must have basic knowledge of Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Good IT skills of Mac OS and Windows, ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel, and the flexibility to learn new systems
- Commercial awareness
- High level of organisation
- Able to respond to specified time frames on projects
- Interpersonal skills
