  • Location: Holland Park School, London
  • Salary: Competitive
  • Hours: Part Time - Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1pm – 4.30pm

Primary Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the shop achieves high standards in all areas, including exterior, shopfloor and stock areas.
  • Ensure all transfers are completed smoothly.
  • Responsible for ensuring all back order spreadsheets are completed accurately and customers are notified accordingly.
  • Settle all complaints in line with company guidelines
  • Answer the telephone, to take customer orders or answer queries.
  • Process web-orders
  • Put sales through the till and cash up at the end of the day.
  • Put through refunds for faulty goods and returns

Knowledge/Skills

  • In depth knowledge of the uniform and sportswear requirements for the school
  • Microsoft office
